😧😍 my face when the smoothie turned this color and how good this tasted! If you know me, you know I looove my daily protein smoothies! Such an easy way to start your day with protein, healthy fats, veggies, fruit and fiber to keep you full. I always try to get at least 50% of my smoothies with frozen organic veggies because you can’t taste them and an easy way to get veggies in with breakfast! I always use all frozen ingredients to make it thick enough to eat with a spoon 🥄 Are you team straw or team spoon?! .
